Design

While many installations can be successfully completed without an actual design, a professionally designed landscaping plan is an integral part of any landscaping investment.  Having in house design capabilities allows us to create an individual landscaping plan matching the ideas of the customer with our experience designing and installing projects of all shapes and sizes.  The Design Process identifies the true goals of the customer and allows the oppurtunity to change the plan infinite times until we have addressed all the ideas and goals of the customer.  The process output, an executable and fully viewable plan, ensures that the project can be "seen" before installed.

We offer fixed fee design services instead of the traditional "by the hour" fee structure found elsewhere in the industry.  Our goal is to get an executable design into the hands of our customer, and we focus all of our design process on getting to that goal.  We are more than happy to complete designs for customers to install themselves, or even for installation by a contractor of your choosing.  Please know that we do credit back to the customer their design fees if MowJoe is chosen to install the design.

BUILD/INSTALLATION

MowJoe has the experience, equipment and knowledge to successfully build and install any size outdoor project.  From minor site prep and grading to planting landscapes involving hundreds of trees, shrubs, and plants.  We build decks and patios, install fences and irrigation systems, and have installed thousands of feet of retaining walls since 1997.  If the building or installation idea is not listed in our menu options below, please don't hesitate to contact us.  Chances are we've successfully built or installed it before.

Maintain

MowJoe maintains a variety of commercial and residential properties on a year round basis.  We started as a maintenance company and many of our current customers have been with us since we started.  We maintain properties of all sizes and uses, including individual home owners, property management companies, home owners associations and commercial and retail businesses.  We offer services that include annual maintenance contracts, monthly agreements, or single service basis.  We proudly use Snapper Professional and STHL Professional products to offer our customers the following maintenance services.
